Some ways to stay active and healthy at home :
- Go to PE at Home tab to find access to different workouts and activities to keep you active while at home
- Youtube workouts
- Eat a well balanced diet
- Drink water
- Get enough sleep
- Smile and laugh often :)
Don't forget to join live PE zooms during the week with Ms. Gomez and participate in your Monday recorded lessons with Mrs. Curtis
