Some ways to stay active and healthy at home :

  • Go to PE at Home tab to find access to different workouts and activities to keep you active while at home 
  • Youtube workouts
  • Eat a well balanced diet
  • Drink water
  • Get enough sleep
  • Smile and laugh often :)

Don't forget to join live PE zooms during the week with Ms. Gomez and  participate in your Monday recorded lessons with Mrs. Curtis
